Celebrate this Mid-Autumn Festival with a selection of handmade baked and snowskin mooncakes. Making its debut this year are the Mini Baked Custard Mooncake and Mini Black Forest Snowskin Mooncake.

Savour the signature Mini Walnut Moontart with Egg Yolk or opt for perennial favourites such as Mini “Mao Shan Wang” Durian Snowskin and Assorted Lotus Paste Selection.

Mooncakes are available for purchase online and at Carlton Hotel Lobby booth from 18 August to 1 October 2020, 11am – 9pm, while stocks last.

Mini Baked Custard Mooncake
The new Mini Baked Custard Mooncake is a reinterpretation of Wah Lok’s popular Custard Bun. Baked to a golden-brown hue, the tinge of savoury salted egg yolk perfectly complements the sweet custard. Heat it in the oven or microwave for a molten custard filling.

Mini Black Forest Snowskin Mooncake
With a base made from Valrhona Chocolate, the latest flavour is suitable for mooncake-lovers of all age. Taste the decadence from the Valrhona Chocolate, fresh cherry pieces and the zest from the cherry ganache with every bit.
